Zejd olives produce golden, cold extracted extra virgin olive oil. Only the best green olives are selected and hand-picked for pressing on the same day. The resulting oil is peppery with green fruitiness. Finishing and dipping oil; recommended with bread, pasta, salads, and ice cream.
