Nabat Wild Rice
Typically sold as a dried whole grain, wild rice is high in protein, in the amino acid lysine, in dietary fiber, and is low in fat.
Usage: cover with a large amount of water and bring to boil. Simmer for about 40 min. Wild rice is a delicious accompaniment to vegetables, meat and fish. For an attractive and colorful effect, mix with white rice.
