This product could be safely consumed by celiac disease patients and people with gluten intolerance as it contains less than 20 ppm, a standard established and enforced by the FDA.

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Raw Cane Sugar, Baking Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, 80% Dark Cacao Powder.
May contain traces of Soy.

How to Use: You will only need 4 eggs (or 4 spoons of egg replacer).
Step 1: Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease bottom of pan (use paper baking cups for cupcakes)
Step 2: Beat whole cake mix bag and eggs on low speed for 30 seconds, then on high speed for 5 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. You can add lemon zest. Pour into pan.
Step 3: Bake for 20 minutes (cake) or 15 minutes (cupcakes), or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 4: Cool for 5 minutes in oven before removing.
