Eat Good Fat Ghee Butter
Authentic home-made cultured ghee using the highest quality mostly grass-fed butter, made with home-cultured yeast, brought from Dennieh in the High Northern Lebanese mountains.
Ghee is clarified butter, the butter oil minus the lactose and other milk solids. It is perfect for saute baking, deep-fry and spread. Ghee has a great aroma so you can use half or two-thirds as much as other cooking oils. It has a very high burning point and doesn't burn or smoke during cooking.
The authentic cultured ghee is from cows that are receiving a significant portion of their nutrition from grass, in addition to supllemental grains and stored dried forages specially in winter months.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Use a clean and dry spoon to take ghee out of the jar. Use within 3 months after opening or refrigerate up to one year. As with any natural product, color and texture may vary.
