Basil is naturally grown in Baino's selected fields, cut at full bloom and air-dried for two months. After being carefully picked, the basil is added to the extra virgin olive oil bottles to infuse. Usage: Dipping, dressing, and finishing oil; recommended with bread, pasta, tomatoes, and cheese.
