It's a very nutritious food, but is getting more and more expensive.. Hope that Naturalia could make it cheaper..So that we could still buy it in the future. Sunflower seeds are rich in the B complex vitamins and a good source of phosphorus, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, protein and vitamin E
