This healthy chocolate oat pudding recipe is so easy to make. It’s a delicious, guilt-free chocolate dessert made using a spoon a measuring cups! It’s also a fulfilling Suhoor dessert that will give you an energy boost for the day while the oats keep you satisfied for a good while. You will need:

  • 2 Bowls

  • 1/2 Cup Oats

  • 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk


  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup 
  • 1 Drop Vanilla Extract


  • 30g Dark Chocolate
  • 1 tsp. Coconut Oil


Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk the base ingredients and set them aside to rest.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk the chocolate layer ingredients together then cover the base with the chocolate. 

Step 3 

Melt the dark chocolate and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (you can melt them using a microwave), then pour the melted chocolate on top of the bowl with the mix.

Step 4

Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and enjoy at Suhoor!
