4 garlic Cloves
2 carrots chopped finely (optional)
1 jar Pumpkin Puree Adonis Valley
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1-2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon pink himalayan sea salt
Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent
Add carrots and sautee until semi-soft
Add pumpkin puree (whole jar)
Add almond or coconut milk, and coconut butter
Reduce heat and mix in all spices and let simmer for 7 min
Top with chopped parsley, sliced avocado and pumpkin seeds.
