One Tray Chicken Muhammar & Veggies Recipe
Our health expert Tania Koujou shows us how to make her delicious One Tray chicken muhammara with veggies. Full of flavors and fiber, because the more we eat fiber, the more we help our body to detox naturally! So, let's make fiber more exciting and appetizing, especially broccoli. This one contains glucosinolates, which are compounds essential for the proper functioning of the liver, responsible of the detox! Enjoy!
3 cups veggies of your choice cut into cubes
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp Rosemary, finely cut
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 thick chicken fillets thinly sliced cleaned with vinegar
4 tbsp muhammara
2 tsp yogurt drizzle of olive oil
Optional: 1 tsp honey
- Mix your veggies, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, salt and pepper in one tray.
- Mix the chicken fillets with the muhammara marinade. For a stronger flavor marinade overnight.
- Roast for 20min covered with tin foil, then another 10min uncovered with the heat turned on from the top.
