Our health expert Christina Zakhem (@balancewithtina) shares her Morning Rituals. Whatever you do first thing in the morning not only affects your entire day, but also the quality of sleep you’ll get at night. Here’s what Tina suggests to help us slow down during the morning:
1- Take 5 deep breaths
2- Get a dose of DAYLIGHT
3- Get some Morning Movement!
Both Morning and Night rituals complete each other and allow us to relax after a long day and to pause before rushing into another!
