Morning Green Detox Smoothie
Christelle Fourzali, one of our health experts, is sharing her morning green detox smoothie and we love it!
This smoothie helps Improve Energy Levels, Brightens skin complexion, and has Anti-aging benefits.
For the recipe, here’s what you’ll need:
- 3 cups of Greens
- 1/2 a Banana
- 1/2 a Lemon
- 1/2 an Apple
- 1 cup of water or Coconut Water
- 2 small slices of Ginger
Blend everything together for 1 minute or until smooth.
