Need a quick chocolate fix? Here’s a healthy recipe that will satisfy your cravings by Mira Hoss.

Wet Ingredients:
- 1 egg white free-range 
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut milk  (you may substitute with almond milk)
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla

Dry Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. coconut flour  (you may substitute with almond flour or GF oat flour)
- 1.5 tbsp. raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp. natural granulated sweetener (You may substitute with Monk Fruit, Stevia or Xylitol or coconut sugar)
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- A pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Filling:
- 1 square of sugar free dark chocolate

Directions:

- Mix all wet ingredients together along with the vanilla extract
- Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl
- Add the dry ingredients mixed on top of the mixed wet ingredients and mix all together
- In a separate mug/bowl, add half of the mixture at the bottom
- Add your sugar free chocolate square in the center
- Pour the remaining mixture on top to cover the chocolate piece
- Sprinkle some coconut mix on top
- Place in microwave for 50sec

Remove from microwave and enjoy!
