Healthy Christmas Eggnog By Tia Maher
Want to enjoy eggnog without all the guilt? We’ve developed a homemade eggnog recipe that will leave you satisfied and without a gut bomb. This homemade, delicious, non-alcoholic eggnog can be enjoyed all season long. Plus it’s non-dairy!

UTENSILS
You will need:
- Jog
- Blender

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Cups Oat Milk
- 1 Tin Coconut Milk
- 2 to 3 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Freshly Grated Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
DIRECTIONS
- In a jog of your choice, empty all of your ingredients one after the other.
- After that’s done, give it a blend using your stick blender or whichever type of blender you have.
- You can now add any “special sauce” you like to the eggnog, top with a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon, and away you go!
