Goat Cheese and Chia Power Brittle



Goat Cheese and Super Healthy Homemade Chia Power Brittle. A quick and easy recipe to enjoy a delicious and healthy snack!

Ingredients:
500g soft goat cheese
1 tbsp of salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
microgreens for garnish

In a bowl allow the goat cheese to come to room temperature. Combine with olive oil, salt and pepper and whip with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Spread the goat cheese on Super Healthy Homemade Chia Power Brittle and enjoy!
