You will need:
- Bowl
- Parchment paper
- Container

INGREDIENTS
- ¾ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ Cup Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil
- ¼ Cup Smooth Almond Butter or Peanut Butter (or a mix of the two)
- ¼ Cup Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
Step 1: In a small bowl, all of your ingredients (except the salt) and mix well until everything is smooth and blended together.
Step 2: Line a container with parchment paper and transfer your mixture.
Step 3: Spread the mix well and season however you like.
Step 4: Freeze for 2 to 3 hours before enjoying these tasty bites. After 2 hours, take out your fudge and chop it into small bite-sized pieces.
For a soft and fudgy texture, keep them at room temperature. For a chewy texture, store them in the refrigerator. Alternatively, you can place them in the freezer where they will last for 1 month.
