INGREDIENTS

  • Oat Milk
  • Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • Vegan Protein Powder
  • Blueberries
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Flaxseeds
  • Coconut Shavings
  • Bananas

DIRECTIONS

This recipe needs two minutes of your time. Let’s get started!

Bring 2 cups of oat milk to a simmer in a medium-sized saucepan. Add a cup of oatmeal and cook for 5 minutes, stirring every once in a while.

When the oatmeal is thickened, add in your protein powder, blueberries, cinnamon, and ginger.

Mix well and serve in a bowl. Top with your favorite ingredients. Tia used flax seeds, coconut shavings, and some bananas with a dash of extra cinnamon.
