Benefits of Wheat Grass and How To Incorporate It Daily
Wheatgrass tastes really lovely, like mild and slightly sweet green tea. There are many easy ways to take wheatgrass daily and here are a few of the health benefits:

One of my favorite and easiest recipes is Peanut butter Banana Smoothie:
* 2 spoons Peanut Butter
* 1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt or milk
* 1 teaspoon WheatGrass
* 1 banana
* Handful of ice
Directions: Combine all ingredients in the blender.
The best time to have this energizing smoothie is at breakfast after a morning Yoga practice / work out routine or in the evening / early dinner!
Make sure you integrate superfoods in your daily or weekly diet and watch your mental and physical wellbeing elevate. The key is consistency! So get started today because nothing feels as good as health does :)
