You make the cream and decide later-on how you want to have it.
Cold? Add to your salad
Hot? Add to your protein veggie casserole

Cream ingredients

1 flat tbsp Podor apple balsamic cream (or go for 1/2 if you don’t like the hint of sweetness)
1 full/heaping tbsp dijon. I recommend dijon which works perfectly with the sweet balsamic.
Otherwise, go for 1/2 tbsp dijon and 1/2 tbsp regular mustard
2-3 tbsp olive oil. If you like it thinner, use 3 tbsp.

How to use it

Salad: Add it to classic kale salad made with kale, quinoa, apples, cranberries, chicken and some sautéed broccoli maybe!
Casserole: In an oven-proof pan, add 1 chicken filet, 3 mushrooms and 2 carrots, all cut into cubes. Dilute the dressing with 2 tbsp water and 1 tsp flour/starch (optional) to thicken it. Garnish with thyme leaves for a punch in flavor and roast in oven for 20 min.
